Ich benutze es seit ein paar Tagen und bin positiv überrascht. 😮 Es ist wirklich praktisch, viel hygienischer als eine normale Toilettenbürste und sehr einfach zu benutzen. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Auch das Mikrofasertuch gefällt mir sehr.

Ciao Fabiola, ci dispiace leggere che il prodotto non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative.
Vorremmo però capire meglio cosa intende per “non funziona affatto”: il dispositivo non si accende/non eroga acqua oppure funziona regolarmente ma il getto non riesce a rimuovere i residui?
Nel secondo caso consigliamo di utilizzare il getto diretto, mantenere CLEVO ben carico e verificare che la ceramica non presenti accumuli di calcare, che possono rendere i residui più difficili da rimuovere. Può inoltre aiutare bagnare leggermente le pareti del WC prima dell’utilizzo ed evitare che i residui si secchino.
Se invece il prodotto presenta un’anomalia, ci contatti: saremo felici di verificarla e trovare rapidamente una soluzione.
