Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We invite you to carefully read this Returns and Refunds Policy before making a purchase on our website.
1. Right of withdrawal EU customers
In accordance with applicable law, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:
contact us by email at info@clevodesign.com
provide your order number
state your intention to withdraw from the purchase
The product must be returned:
intact
unused
complete with all accessories
in its original packaging, where possible
Return shipping costs in case of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, as provided for by Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code:
customized products or products made according to the customer’s specific request
sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons, if opened after delivery
products damaged or made unusable due to improper use
3. Returns for defective, damaged or non-compliant products
We accept return requests within 14 days of receipt in the following cases:
defective product
product damaged during transport
product different from the one ordered
To start the procedure, you must:

provide your order number
send clear photos or videos showing the defect or the issue found
In these cases, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
4. Return shipping costs
In case of withdrawal, the shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Once the return has been authorized, we will provide the correct shipping address.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service: until delivery to our warehouse, responsibility for the package remains with the customer.
5. Refunds: timing and methods
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
the refund will be issued within 14 days
using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse the refund if the product is:
used
damaged for reasons not attributable to transport
returned in non-compliant condition
6. Orders in transit and cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us promptly via email.
Once the order has been shipped:
it can no longer be cancelled
the right of withdrawal remains valid, where applicable
Any delays due to customs, holidays or force majeure events do not entitle the customer to an automatic refund, except in cases provided for by law.
7. Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and the time of year.
Some products may be shipped from international warehouses.
As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive the tracking code by email to monitor the shipment.
