Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase confirmation by contacting our customer service at:

After this period, the order may have already been processed or shipped and it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.

Pre-orders

For products purchased as pre-orders, the customer accepts that shipping will take place within the timeframe indicated on the product page.

Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed and it will no longer be possible to cancel it.

Orders already shipped

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, it will be possible to request a return according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
